This site is about 4 different plugins for 3ds Max:
1.
Point3Render is a simple render effects plugin that creates pixels in world space coordinates defined by spline vertices (3d interpolation). It can be used to simulate hair or other atmospheric effects. The short clip was rendered from camera view. The character has been created by Frank Mengel (3d artist) and I have added the hair effect with "Point3Render".
2.
MeshSkin represents a modifier plugin that allows you to skin a mesh quickly.
3.
TexPaint3d is a material plugin that allows you to directly paint bitmap-informations onto 3d-objects in the viewport.
4.
SplineSegmentMapping is a 3ds Max utility plugin that quickly generates uvw-mapping coordinates. As a result the continuous uvw-mesh is a good starting point for 3d-painting.
